Dream Me In Winter

purple blue heart

Say you dreamed me last nite
sailing on rivers of original thought
some where near the Nile
with red feathers in my hair

In summer will you meet me
I’ll bring the fruit
you bring
the dreams of me
so I can see myself again

Sometimes I dream you
never your face
in dreams I inhale your smell
always your hands colors of you
cool spring rain green, you

Dark blue as only outside at midnite you
haunting me sweetly
in time
where there is time

Here in the starkness of winter
the dreams are our fire
tend it well.
summer is coming
Again.
